Dog Yeet Dog is a collection of instrumental beats that I originally produced between 2011 and 2015.

Here's some of the inspiration behind this project.

Ever since I first got into hip hop I've been inspired by MF DOOM. I've spent countless hours listening through his 8-album Special Herbs beat collection, and I really fell in love with the idea of using a thematic approach to release beat tapes.

Dog Yeet Dog takes 17 of my favorite beats and weaves them together into a killer playlist. Each track is named after a dog breed that I felt exemplified that beat's sound. And in many ways, DOOM's off-kilter approach to his art is reflected in mine too. On one particular DOOM's Special Herbs album, among the special herbs you'll find a track titled "Monosodium Glutamate". On Dog Yeet Dog, among the dogs you'll find a track titled "Hot Dog".
